As a graduate from the Lakehead University School of Business, Logan is the founder of LTM Contracting. As President, he provides strategic leadership and oversees all company operations since 2022.

Keenan Mihalcin - Septic Installation Supervisor

With a foundation in Business from Lakehead University, hands-on technical training through an HVAC apprenticeship, and the discipline an precision developed as a helicopter pilot, Keenan brings a rare combination of leadership, field expertise, and operational focus to every project. He most recently earned his certification as a licensed septic installer, and leads our installation team in this department.

Justin Uliana, P.Eng. - Project Manager

With a Civil Engineering Technology diploma from Confederation College, paired with a Bachelor of Engineering Degree from Lakehead University, Justin brings practical, field based expertise and advanced technical knowledge. After spending 9 years working on heavy civil projects for local municipalities, railroads, and MTO highway superstructures, Justin has spent the past three years managing large scale infrastructure projects for Ontario Power Generation.
